Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all consulting and business services provided by CSM Trading Consulting & Services LLC to business clients. Individual engagements are governed by a written agreement, which prevails in case of conflict.

2. Services

We provide advisory, sourcing support and administrative business services. We do not provide banking, money transmission, currency exchange, lending or investment services and do not hold client funds.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins and invoiced in USD or EUR. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

4. Client onboarding

We reserve the right to request identification and company documents and to decline or terminate engagements where due diligence cannot be completed.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
